What’s the Tesco test you say?  Listen, if I bump into you in the shops I want you to come striding up to me, shake my hand (whenever we’re allowed to do that again) and tell me how happy you are with the job I did.  I don’t want to see you first and then have to dive head long into the frozen peas so that you won’t see me. Life’s hard enough without having your assets frozen.
